How do I Reset the mouse?

Press and hold the small button on the underside for 3 seconds.

Can I set custom color and DPI value?

Yes, to do so you’ll need to download and install the Configurator App for Windows and access the Settings sub-menu. See User’s Manual for full details.

What do the side buttons do?

On a Windows PC those buttons perform the Web Forward and Web Back actions.

How I change the LED light strip?

Use the onboard shortcut Left Button + Middle Button + Button 4 to cycle through the various lighting modes, or download and install the Configurator App.

How I change the speed of the lighting modes?

Use the onboard shortcut Left Button + Button 4 or download and install the Configurator App at left.

Is there a Mac version of the Configurator App?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Can I make the Logo and Scroll Wheel match the LED strip?

Yes, download and install the Configurator App, and on the Lighting Strip sub-menu, select Sync Zones.

Troubleshooting

If your Vektor Mouse is not working as expected, you have several options.

Step 1: Reference the FAQs above and the Troubleshooting Tips at right.

Step 2: Press and hold the small button on the underside of the mouse for 3 seconds to perform a Hard Reset.

Step 3: If you still need help, use the link at the bottom of the page to submit a Trouble Ticket.

Cursor is moving too slow or too fast

You may have accidentally adjusted the DPI/Sensitivity. Tap the small glossy button on top of the mouse to cycle through the 5 default DPI Levels: 500 (Purple) | 1000 (Blue) | 2000 (Green) | 3500 (Orange) | Red (5000). A lower DPI translates to a less sensitive mouse.

Vektor mouse is acting funny

Press and hold the small button on the underside for 3 seconds to reset the mouse to its factory default actions.
