Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, products purchased directly from the Kinesis Gaming store qualify for our 60 day money-back guarantee, from the date of Invoice, excluding shipping/handling charges.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in “as-new” condition with no signs of wear, and in working order. The product must be returned along with all packaging, components, and manuals. A restocking fee may be charged if items are missing or damaged. Damaged or abused products are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for properly packing returned product to ensure it isn’t damaged during transit.

If you wish to return a product for a refund, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number directly from Kinesis. NOTE: If you purchased your product from a 3rd party reseller other than the Kinesis Gaming store, you must contact that retailer directly and any return will be governed by that retailer’s return policy.
