To purchase accessories, click the “Accessories” link at the top of the page and use the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have added an item to your Shopping Cart, you can click the Cart icon in the top menu and begin the Checkout process. If you are using a mobile device, click the “hamburger” menu to display the Cart icon.
Order Tips: Please be sure to list an email address you check frequently. If there are any questions regarding your order, Kinesis Gaming will email you. Ordering by Fax: Orders may be faxed to (425) 402-8181. Please include your phone number, email address, both billing and shipping addresses, as well as the products (including part numbers) you wish to order along with payment information.
Email Orders & Inquiries: Orders may be emailed to email@example.com. Please explain what products you would like to purchase, your complete billing and shipping address, your phone number and your desired method of shipment so we can provide you with a shipping quote. Do not email your credit card number. Once we have provided a quotation we can arrange to receive your payment information via phone or fax.
Must I create an account prior to placing my order online?
No, you are not required to set-up an account. If you do not wish to set-up an account, simply ignore the “Create an Account” checkbox on the Checkout page and follow the steps through the checkout process. We recommended setting up an account so you can track the status of your order online and have your address saved for future purchases.
What payment options do you accept?

What are the shipping options in the US?
UPS is our exclusive carrier and we offer Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day service. You will have the option to select your method of shipment at the time you place your online order. Shipping is quoted at the time of order from our warehouse in Bothell, Washington and depends on your location and the size of your order. What are the shipping options outside of the US?
For all overseas orders, Kinesis ships via UPS Expedited or Express. For orders to Canada, Kinesis ships via UPS Ground, Expedited, or Express. Each order must be quoted individually. To request a quote please email email@example.com. Please include the product and quantity with your complete shipping address, including your postal code.
Shipping terms are “Ex Works” Kinesis (EXW). Recipient is responsible for all duties, customs, and any other fees charged by their respective country in association with the shipment of the product. If recipient refuses shipment, a credit will be issued less the cost of the shipping & handling fees (including return shipping), plus any fees charged to Kinesis as mentioned above. For Canadian orders shipped via Ground, recipient will be charged (by UPS) a brokerage fee of at least $35.00 USD in addition to any other fees referenced above.
When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?
Under normal circumstances if a product is not on backorder, it will ship within two business days (Monday-Friday) after we receive your order. If for any reason this is not possible, you will receive an email alerting you to the scheduled ship date of your order. Kinesis does not typically process orders the same day they are received.
Arrival time depends on the method of shipping you select when you place your order.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
The day your order ships Kinesis will email you an Invoice and UPS will email you tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information from UPS please check your spam filter. If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org (include your Order number).
My order has already shipped, am I able to change the address?
If you need to change your address, please email email@example.com as soon as possible (include your Invoice mumber and the revised address). Please note, UPS charges a fee for an address correction which is currently $14. Additional shipping charges may also be imposed by UPS if the address correction affects the city or state. You will be responsible for all fees related to change of address once your order has shipped.
How can I check my order status or order history?
If you created an account during the Checkout process (see above), simply click the “person” icon at the top of the page and log-in to your account. Then click the “Check Orders” button. If you did not create an account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (include your order number).
